Rick is an innovative FMCG* specialist with 24 years experience in farming, food production and associated supply chains.
Trained in Negotiation through i-negotiate, Category Management through the IGD and the Role of the Director through the Institute of Directors Rick has held a number of Exec level roles and Managing Directorships, as well as being a Director of the British Onions Producer Association.
He is currently the Chairman of Trustees for an Ely based charity and is working to complete his ILM level 5 in Coaching and Mentoring.
A strong family man, Rick enjoys being kept active by his two young sons either enjoying various activities with them, or supporting their development in their chosen sports.
