Approach
Our initial conversation will be based around exploring your motivation for coaching, checking that coaching is the right choice for you, understanding our chemistry together which will be essential for a strong coaching relationship.
Following that conversation our programme typically follows a 3‑stage pattern:
- Agree the basis for our contract with each other including your goals, your measures of success and our confidentiality
- Hold 4 to 6 coaching sessions, between 1 and 2 hours each
- Check in to review and agree next steps
Trust
Confidentiality and operating with strong ethics is critical to good coaching, ensuring the individual knows they are operating in a totally safe space and protecting every stake holder involved.
